- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst service ever!!! Customer service worker told me my Ford Edge was not a compact car while the manager whose car was darn near the same size was parked in a compact spot but it was OK because it was a "car". My son just had to use the bathroom and it took a total of two minutes and when I finally got the car moved and back to where we were first parked he was in tears thinking I left him! Just wanted to say thanks for scaring my son and leaving a bad taste of Shepherd in my mouth!By Stephanie Reger, June 15, 2017
